SCML4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCML4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCML4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLDN17, PRAMEF20, and LRRC3C. Each is linked with SCML4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCML4-to-partner and partner-to-SCML4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLDN17 grouped by SCML4-low versus SCML4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCML4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCML4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
