SCML2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCML2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,729 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCML2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCML2_S511, XAB2, and TPX2. Each is linked with SCML2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCML2-to-partner and partner-to-SCML2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCML2 versus SCML2_S511 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCML2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCML2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
