Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCML2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,891 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCML2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM4, CDCA3, and NCAPH. Each is linked with SCML2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCML2-to-partner and partner-to-SCML2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCML2 versus MCM4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCML2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCML2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
