Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCML2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,951 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCML2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCCD1, SORCS2, and RNA5SP233. Each is linked with SCML2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCML2-to-partner and partner-to-SCML2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RCCD1 grouped by SCML2-low versus SCML2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCML2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCML2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
