The most reproducible SCML2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKC-delta_pS664, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Notch1. Each is linked with SCML2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCML2-to-partner and partner-to-SCML2 results are reported.
