Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCML2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,453 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCML2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA strand elongation, DNA-templated DNA replication, and DNA replication initiation. Each is linked with SCML2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCML2-to-partner and partner-to-SCML2 results are reported.
