Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCML2 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCML2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSK2801, AGI-6780, and Picolinici-acid. Each is linked with SCML2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCML2-to-partner and partner-to-SCML2 results are reported.
