SCMH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCMH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCMH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6S1, OR2T2, and TMEM114. Each is linked with SCMH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCMH1-to-partner and partner-to-SCMH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6S1 grouped by SCMH1-low versus SCMH1-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCMH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCMH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
