Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCLT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,575 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCLT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBC1D1, HPF1, and SMC2. Each is linked with SCLT1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCLT1-to-partner and partner-to-SCLT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCLT1 versus TBC1D1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
