Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCLT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,726 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCLT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL15, SNW1, and CREB3. Each is linked with SCLT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCLT1-to-partner and partner-to-SCLT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCLT1 versus CCL15 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
