Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCLT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,538 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCLT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to condensed chromosome, Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation, and Regulation of chromosome separation. Each is linked with SCLT1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCLT1-to-partner and partner-to-SCLT1 results are reported.
