SCLT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCLT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 427 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCLT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4A47, C14orf177, and GSG1L2. Each is linked with SCLT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCLT1-to-partner and partner-to-SCLT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4A47 grouped by SCLT1-low versus SCLT1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCLT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCLT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
