Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCIMP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,125 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCIMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CORO1A, MAP4K1, and CD37. Each is linked with SCIMP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCIMP-to-partner and partner-to-SCIMP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCIMP versus CORO1A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCIMP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCIMP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
