Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCIMP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,135 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCIMP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA localization, Establishment of RNA localization, and Positive regulation of gene expression, epigenetic. Each is linked with SCIMP in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCIMP-to-partner and partner-to-SCIMP results are reported.
