SCIMP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCIMP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 184 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCIMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANO8, VGLL1, and SIPA1L3. Each is linked with SCIMP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCIMP-to-partner and partner-to-SCIMP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCIMP versus ANO8 in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCIMP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCIMP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
