The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher SCHIP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SCHIP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC are the cancer types where SCHIP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
