SCHIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCHIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,665 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCHIP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC23B, SVIL, and RAB23. Each is linked with SCHIP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCHIP1-to-partner and partner-to-SCHIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCHIP1 versus SEC23B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCHIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCHIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
