SCHIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCHIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCHIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6750, MIR6821, and MIR6891. Each is linked with SCHIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCHIP1-to-partner and partner-to-SCHIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6750 grouped by SCHIP1-low versus SCHIP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCHIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCHIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
