Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCGB3A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,743 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCGB3A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UTRN, WDR36, and RPS6KA5. Each is linked with SCGB3A1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCGB3A1-to-partner and partner-to-SCGB3A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCGB3A1 versus UTRN in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
