SCGB2A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCGB2A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,838 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCGB2A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ASRGL1, PDXDC1, and TJP3_S203. Each is linked with SCGB2A1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCGB2A1-to-partner and partner-to-SCGB2A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCGB2A1 versus ASRGL1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCGB2A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCGB2A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
