SCGB2A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCGB2A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,500 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCGB2A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCGB1D2, LRP5L, and SCGB2A2. Each is linked with SCGB2A1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCGB2A1-to-partner and partner-to-SCGB2A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCGB2A1 versus SCGB1D2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCGB2A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCGB2A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
