The most reproducible SCGB1D1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular respiration, Peroxisome fission, and Pyrimidine nucleobase biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SCGB1D1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCGB1D1-to-partner and partner-to-SCGB1D1 results are reported.
