Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCGB1D1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCGB1D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYH11, Rictor, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with SCGB1D1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCGB1D1-to-partner and partner-to-SCGB1D1 results are reported.
