Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCGB1A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,190 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCGB1A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL17, KRT4, and KRT13. Each is linked with SCGB1A1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCGB1A1-to-partner and partner-to-SCGB1A1 results are reported.
