Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCGB1A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,692 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCGB1A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARFGEF3, UBXN10_S87, and PRPF19. Each is linked with SCGB1A1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCGB1A1-to-partner and partner-to-SCGB1A1 results are reported.
