SCG5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCG5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,299 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCG5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEP170, CORO2B, and DNM1. Each is linked with SCG5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCG5-to-partner and partner-to-SCG5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCG5 versus CEP170 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCG5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCG5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
