The most reproducible SCG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINI1, CHGB, and ABCG4. Each is linked with SCG5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCG5-to-partner and partner-to-SCG5 results are reported.
