Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SCG3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SCG3 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher SCG3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SCG3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, ESCA, and LUAD are the cancer types where SCG3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
