Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCFD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,484 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCFD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial ribosome assembly, Regulation of DNA-templated DNA replication, and GDP-mannose biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SCFD2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCFD2-to-partner and partner-to-SCFD2 results are reported.
