SCEL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCEL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,720 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCEL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCEL_S389, SCEL_S68, and SCEL_S10. Each is linked with SCEL in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCEL-to-partner and partner-to-SCEL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCEL versus SCEL_S389 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCEL→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCEL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
