Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCEL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,529 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCEL-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMO7, SLPI, and ANXA1. Each is linked with SCEL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCEL-to-partner and partner-to-SCEL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCEL versus LMO7 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCEL→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCEL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
