SCD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,233 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACACA_S80, FASN, and FASN_T2204. Each is linked with SCD in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCD-to-partner and partner-to-SCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCD versus ACACA_S80 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
