SCCPDH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCCPDH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,880 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCCPDH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SKP1, CACYBP, and GGPS1. Each is linked with SCCPDH in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCCPDH-to-partner and partner-to-SCCPDH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCCPDH versus SKP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCCPDH→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCCPDH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
