Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCCPDH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,963 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCCPDH-associated genes across cancer lineages are PI3, FCGR3B, and FPR2. Each is linked with SCCPDH in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCCPDH-to-partner and partner-to-SCCPDH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCCPDH versus PI3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCCPDH→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCCPDH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
