Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCCPDH RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,864 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCCPDH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA damage tolerance, Vesicle tethering involved in exocytosis, and Regulation of calcium import into the mitochondrion. Each is linked with SCCPDH in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCCPDH-to-partner and partner-to-SCCPDH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNA damage tolerance grouped by SCCPDH-low versus SCCPDH-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
