SCAT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,108 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P4HA2, SKAP2, and APOBR. Each is linked with SCAT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAT1-to-partner and partner-to-SCAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCAT1 versus P4HA2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
