SCARNA22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCARNA22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,961 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCARNA22-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis, Regulation of DNA-directed DNA polymerase activity, and Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle. Each is linked with SCARNA22 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCARNA22-to-partner and partner-to-SCARNA22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis grouped by SCARNA22-low versus SCARNA22-high in LAML.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCARNA22→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCARNA22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
