SCARF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCARF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,766 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCARF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMP2, MYH10, and SEPTIN7. Each is linked with SCARF2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCARF2-to-partner and partner-to-SCARF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCARF2 versus MMP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCARF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCARF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
