SCARF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCARF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,513 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCARF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANTXR1, FKBP7, and SYDE1. Each is linked with SCARF2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCARF2-to-partner and partner-to-SCARF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCARF2 versus ANTXR1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCARF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCARF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
