Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCARF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 525 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCARF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL726P, RPSAP59, and MIR5696. Each is linked with SCARF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCARF2-to-partner and partner-to-SCARF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL726P grouped by SCARF2-low versus SCARF2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCARF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCARF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
