SCARF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCARF2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCARF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4+ memory T-cells. Each is linked with SCARF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCARF2-to-partner and partner-to-SCARF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD4+ memory T-cells grouped by SCARF2-low versus SCARF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCARF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCARF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
