SCARF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCARF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,536 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCARF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DZIP1L, PPM1F, and SYDE1. Each is linked with SCARF2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCARF2-to-partner and partner-to-SCARF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCARF2 versus DZIP1L in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCARF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCARF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
