Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCARF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,304 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCARF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell division, tRNA transcription, and Negative regulation of smoothened signaling pathway. Each is linked with SCARF2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCARF2-to-partner and partner-to-SCARF2 results are reported.
