Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCARF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,983 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCARF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCRL2, PDE1B, and SH2D3C. Each is linked with SCARF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCARF1-to-partner and partner-to-SCARF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCARF1 versus CCRL2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCARF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCARF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
