SCARF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCARF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,433 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCARF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BSPRY, POTED, and TEDC1. Each is linked with SCARF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCARF1-to-partner and partner-to-SCARF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BSPRY grouped by SCARF1-low versus SCARF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCARF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCARF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
