Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCARF1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCARF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Melanocytes, Astrocytes, and Th2 cells. Each is linked with SCARF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCARF1-to-partner and partner-to-SCARF1 results are reported.
