Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCARF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,799 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCARF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to vacuole, Protein targeting to lysosome, and Positive regulation of axon regeneration. Each is linked with SCARF1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCARF1-to-partner and partner-to-SCARF1 results are reported.
