SCARF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCARF1 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCARF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bleomycin (10 uM), Luminespib, and AZD5582. Each is linked with SCARF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCARF1-to-partner and partner-to-SCARF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bleomycin (10 uM) grouped by SCARF1-low versus SCARF1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCARF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCARF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
