SCARB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCARB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,445 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCARB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ILK, WDFY3, and SEPTIN11. Each is linked with SCARB2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCARB2-to-partner and partner-to-SCARB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCARB2 versus ILK in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCARB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCARB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
