SCARB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCARB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCARB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Bcl-2, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with SCARB2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCARB2-to-partner and partner-to-SCARB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by SCARB2-low versus SCARB2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCARB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCARB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
